1. Service
VYB is a mobile workflow client for connecting to your own host systems and managing development workflows, including Codex-related workflows, terminal access, file access, and desktop fallback access.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Your host machines, accounts, and credentials,
- Your network security and usage,
- Compliance with third-party terms for services you connect.
4. Billing
Some features require a paid subscription.
Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple and governed by Apple policies and local law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use VYB for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive activity.
6. Third-Party Services
VYB may interoperate with third-party software/services. We are not responsible for third-party availability or policy changes.
7. IP
VYB branding and software are owned by us or our licensors.
8. No Affiliation
VYB is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.
9. Disclaimer
VYB is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security, legal, or operational reasons.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
